Warranty Policy

The M Jewel offers a 3-month warranty on all jewellery from the date of purchase.  Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. It does not cover neglect or improper care, wear and tear, loss or damage, changes in appearance due to normal wear or poor handling.If a manufacturing defect is found within the warranty period, we will replace the item at no cost.

To maintain your warranty, please follow the Care Instructions provided on our website. Please note that tarnishing is a natural process and is not covered under the warranty.

Our goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If the product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation for any reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. For goods that fail to meet acceptable quality standards but do not constitute a major failure, you are entitled to a repair or replacement.

Please include a description of the defect along with supporting evidence, such as photographs. We will respond as quickly as possible.
