Shipping Policy

We ship all our orders are via Australia  Post with registered tracking. 

• Standard Shipping (5-10 Business Days) - $10.95
• Express Shipping (2-4 Business Days) - $14.95

Delivery may take a few days longer in Australian rural areas

Exchange & Return Policy

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size choices, however we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days from purchase.
• Please note earrings cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons. To exchange, jewellery must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
• We do not accept responsibility for damage that occurs during transit if the jewellery is not returned in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the jewellery appears to have been worn, damaged or scratched.
• If we deem this to be the case the jewellery will be returned to the customer and all return costs will be charged to the customer. A delivery fee of $10.95 is payable by the customer for all exchanges sent from us via Australia Post. Delivery time is approximately 5 business days.
• Exchanges must be for items of the same or greater value than the original item purchased. If the item being exchanged is of lesser value, we will not issue a refund for the price difference.
